General Manager W-EU

For an international technology company based in West Flanders and active across Europe, Asia and the US, we are looking for a General Manager Western Europe to support the company’s continued growth. The organization employs close to 1,000 people worldwide and has expanded significantly in recent years through innovation and international development.

This role sits within one of the company’s key business divisions, where the Western Europe activities represent a substantial share of the division’s revenue and include the full operational value chain. The General Manager W-EU ensures smooth execution of all activities across Sales and Business Development, Production, Purchasing, Project Management, R&D, After-Sales and Quality, while maintaining strong alignment with global leadership.

As General Manager W-EU, you carry full P&L responsibility, drive performance in a project-driven environment, and contribute to global strategic decision-making as a member of the Core Management Team.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 10–15 years of international management experience in project-driven environments
• A strong track record in Sales, Business Development and/or Product Management, combined with financial acumen and P&L experience
• Experience leading multifunctional teams in complex customer settings
• Experience in contract negotiations and project close-outs
• The ability to translate technological developments into commercial opportunities
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• A strategic, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
